Jayne is an award-winning author of the 2007 AJN Book of the Year, I2E2: Leading Lasting Change, is a contributing author of the 2004 AJN Book of the Year Relationship-Based Care: A Model for Transforming Practice, and co-authored a chapter on loving leadership in the book, Advancing Relationship-Based Cultures.
