Catherine’s mission is to support organizations to improve patients’ and families’ experiences. As well as being CHCM’s contracting officer for human resources and finance, her current role includes compiling and reporting outcomes research for CHCM’s Relationship-Based Care service line and facilitation for the Role Clarity and Work Alignment service line. Catherine’s attention to detail helps organizations and departments better understand the depth and breadth of the skills and abilities of the workforce in order to set a knowledge-based foundation for work distribution. She is committed to helping professionals in health care
work to the top of their license and for unlicensed service support people to work to the top of their abilities.
