The purpose of this workshop is to share best practices with organizations who are establishing a shared governance culture. In addition to those just beginning, the workshop will help deepen and strengthen the culture for those who have already implemented shared governance. The workshop outlines what shared governance is and what it is not, discusses key principles for empowerment and focuses on using data to drive the work of the council–this is what is in the participant letter.
