Join us for the Relationship-Based Care Leader Practicum! We believe it will be a rewarding and significant step in the successful leadership of RBC within your organization.
In addition to the in-person session, there will also be required virtual learning sessions using a flipped classroom approach. Each registered participant will receive an email with information and access to computer modules to learn the concepts of relationship-based care and will be required to attend and participate in two virtual 1.5 hour sessions during the weeks leading up to the practicum. A meeting link will be sent to each registrant closer to the dates.
The practicum is an immersion experience in leading cultural change using RBC. It prepares participants to manage the details of an RBC implementation and to develop their own strengths as leaders. The curriculum provides opportunities for self-discovery and reflection, networking with leaders from other organizations, strengthened relationships within your own team, and inspiration for the journey ahead.
