Summary:
Develop the knowledge, leadership skills, and practical strategies needed to successfully guide your organization through Magnet® designation, redesignation, and/ or sustained nursing excellence.
Using a multimodal cohort approach, participants progress through a series of 10 self-paced modules that consist of a combination of assigned readings, videos, and reflection questions. Each module includes a scheduled virtual live session devoted to further discussion and exploration of the topic(s) covered in the module.

Continued Education:
• 26 contact hours will be awarded to individuals who complete all of the modules, attend at least 70% of the live sessions, and complete an evaluation.
• Creative Health Care Management is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
