A strong foundation in shared/professional governance principles and practices is essential for organizations seeking to implement and sustain an effective shared decision-making structure. Achieving this level of cultural transformation requires engagement and leadership from individuals at all levels of the organization. This multimodal, cohort-based online course explores shared/professional governance structures, processes, and outcomes through a blend of self-paced and interactive learning. Participants complete six self-paced modules featuring curated readings, videos, and reflection/discussion questions. Following the completion of each set of three modules, participants engage in a live virtual session designed to deepen discussion and further explore key concepts and real-world application.
