Summary:

Rise to Leadership: Emerging Leaders Academy is a 10-week virtual course designed for health care professionals who aspire to leadership roles. Through five focused modules, participants build self-awareness, communication and influence skills, and a working knowledge of departmental and organizational leadership. Using validated assessments and practical tools, learners gain the clarity and confidence to prepare for future leadership roles.

  • June 8 – 14, 2026: Lesson 1.2
  • June 15 – 21, 2026: Lesson 2.1
  • June 22 – 28, 2026: Lesson 2.2
  • June 29 – July 5, 2026: Lesson 3.1
  • July 6 – 12, 2026: Lesson 3.2
  • July 13 – 19, 2026: Lesson 4.1
  • July 20 – 26, 2026: Lesson 4.2
  • July 27 – August 2, 2026: Lesson 5.1
  • August 3 – 9, 2026: Lesson 5.2

• Interactive Virtual Sessions, Every other Monday 1 PM CDT/2 PM EST
  • June 15th and 29th, 2026

  • August 10th, 2026

• 18 Contact hours will be provided for individuals who complete all of the modules, attend at least 70% of the live sessions, and complete an evaluation.
• Creative Health Care Management is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
