She has guided organizations across the country through successful Magnet® designation and redesignation efforts, helping teams develop stronger narratives, identify meaningful evidence, and create more effective Magnet® documents. 

Amber is passionate about equipping Magnet® Program Directors and writing teams with practical strategies they can immediately apply to strengthen their document development process.
