Developed from the groundbreaking Relationship-Based Care® framework, the Interprofessional Relational Model™ provides healthcare leaders with practical strategies to foster connection, accountability, trust, and collaboration among all members of the healthcare team.

This highly interactive three-day practicum combines education, application, discussion, and implementation planning to help participants bring relational leadership principles back to their organizations immediately.

Continued Education:

• Contact hours will be awarded to individuals who complete the entire practicum and complete an evaluation.

• Creative Health Care Management is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
