Catherine serves as the Director of Human Resources and Administration and Contracting Officer at Creative Health Care Management (CHCM), where she leads human resources, administration, and contracting operations across the organization. She brings a strategic, people-centered approach to fostering a workplace culture grounded in collaboration, excellence, and organizational effectiveness. Through her leadership, Catherine helps align internal systems, processes, and resources with CHCM’s mission and values, supporting both team members and organizational growth. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bethel University.
