Meghan serves as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Creative Health Care Management (CHCM), where she oversees the organization’s financial operations and accounting functions. Having been with CHCM for nearly a decade, she brings extensive institutional knowledge, financial expertise, and a collaborative approach to her work. Meghan is known for building strong relationships across the organization while ensuring sound financial stewardship, operational efficiency, and strategic support for CHCM’s continued growth and success.
One hundred percent of the organizations Gen has worked with comprehensively to prepare for Magnet Recognition® or redesignation have been successful. Gen has been an invited member of the National Magnet® Conference Continuing Education Task Force, which is responsible for the selection of Magnet conference presentations and posters. She is also an expert in shared governance.
