Course opens on September 8, 2023
Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate and coordinate a successful Pathway to Excellence® Designation.
Using a multimodal cohort approach, participants progress through a series of 10 self-paced modules that consist of a combination of assigned readings, videos, and reflection questions. Each module includes a scheduled virtual live session devoted to further discussion and exploration of the topic(s) covered in the module.
Weekly live sessions (all Fridays at noon CT):
- September 15, 22, 29
- October 6, 20, 27 (No live session on October 13 due to the ANCC Magnet/Pathway to Excellence® Conference)
- November 3, 10, 17 (No live session on November 24 due to the Thanksgiving holiday)
- December 1
Post course check ins (quarterly on the 3rd Monday of month x 3):
