Facilitating the Journey to Excellence: Magnet® Program Director (MPD) Core Competencies

Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate and coordinate a successful Magnet® Designation.

How it works:

Using a multimodal cohort approach, participants progress through a series of 10 self-paced modules that consist of a combination of assigned readings, videos, and reflection questions. Each module includes a scheduled virtual live session devoted to further discussion and exploration of the topic(s) covered in the module.

Modules open January 24, 2022 and will be completed on participants own time.
