Caring for ourselves isn’t selfish. In fact, it’s essential to the performance of health care, and part of what makes care of patients and care of colleagues possible. Creative Health Care Management invites you to spend a day soaking in the beauty of the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum while engaging with a group of smart, compassionate people who share the same goal: wellbeing in health care. Join us to explore how to flourish rather than wilt in your work and personal lives, focusing on relational practices and recognizing the influence of environment on all of us as caregivers.
Who Should Attend: Anyone working in health care regardless of role or responsibly who is interested in learning strategies to improve personal wellbeing, the wellbeing of teams, and organizational culture.
Outcomes for the Day:
This conference features an innovative mix of practice, interactive learning, and humor. Expect fun, learning, community building, creativity, innovation, and the invaluable experience of making yourself a priority. As a result of attending, participants will:

connection in support of personal and team wellbeing.
- List at least two effects our environment has on the patient experience and wellbeing of caregivers.
- Identify ways to avoid isolation and promote connection with colleagues.
