But many teams find themselves asking: How do we move from shared governance to true professional governance? How do we advance and strengthen our councils to drive meaningful outcomes? \nThis virtual course is designed to answer those questions. \nPreviously offered as a two-day program\, this course has been thoughtfully redesigned into a high-impact virtual experience- delivering two days’ worth of essential content in one comprehensive course. \nThrough a multimodal\, cohort-based format\,
